差分旋转驱动允许两个法兰同轴相对旋转，可以作为构建超高真空多轴操纵机构的模块化部件，为组件提供基本的旋转运动，并可实现360°连续旋转。
差分旋转驱动可应用于样品表面分析(XPS, AES或SIMS)，离子/中子/原子散射实验等。
Differentially Pumped Rotary Feedthrough allows two flanges to rotate concentricly, which can be used as a modular component for constructing UHV multi-axis manipulators. It provides primary rotation for other components and achieve 360° continuous rotation.
The feedthrough could be used for the applications including sample surface analysis (XPS, AES or SIMS), ion/neutral/atom scattering experiments, etc.
