该款制冷机为GM-JT复合制冷机,由常规的GM制冷机为氦气预冷后进入JT制冷机实现1K低温。根据用户的不同需求,JT制冷机气路有开式和闭式两种可选。开式模式下,制冷机最低温运行时氦气消耗量为0.7SLM, 常规的气体钢瓶持续工作时间可达6天;如果搭配额外的气路和过滤系统实现闭式模式,可以将氦气重复利用,进一步降低低温系统的使用成本。
This Cryocooler is a GM-JT composite system. The helium gas is precooled from the conventional GM cryocooler and then entered into the JT cryocooler to achieve a low temperature of 1K. According to the different needs of users, JT cryocooler has two options: open cycle and closed cycle. In open cycle, the helium consumption at the lowest temperature of the cryocooler is 0.7SLM, and the operating time of conventional gas cylinders can be up to 6 days. In closed cycle, coupled with additional gas pipelines and filtration systems, allows helium to be reused, further reducing the cost of cryogenic systems.
